Minimalistic Fashion with “BLESSED”

There are some  inspiring,”fashion for a cause “companies and non-profit organizations who believe that giving back is always in style.
One such fashion brand in Dubai is “Blessed”. Blessed is a fashion brand whose mission is to give back to the people whose life has been touched by cancer.
When Blessed approached me for collaboration there only one thing that came in my mind “may god bless such humans of this world” .When I met the designer  cum founder of the brand and heard her story I was not only moved but it reinforced the fact that  we should live each day with gratitude and be thankful for what we have in life.
And what do I tell you about their clothing line. Its minimal, chic and timeless.

.Going minimalistic with these clothes was an incredible freeing experience. They were a perfect go-to ensemble for every occasion.Styling them was like DE-stressing yourself. These simple ,straightforward minimalistic clothes made me look so effortlessly chic.
Their clothing line  is the definition of “less is more” .They were my perfect pick for this summer.

A GENTLEWOMAN—REDEFINED

I remember early last year at some fashion show in Dubai I wore my bell bottoms and some magazine had featured me saying “bringing back the bell bottoms in Dubai”
We all have rocked these flared denims in school and never wore them again when the skinny jeans started to reign. But with fashions pendulum’s swing ,I know its only a matter of time before styles from the past come back around.
Talking about school,a lot you who know me don’t know the fact that  I was quite a tomboy in school.Actually I still I am. I love being a girl but our femininity doesn’t come with terms and conditions.Dress whatever and however you want to.Clothes shouldn’t make you feel less of a woman.Agree with me ?
Reminiscing my school days,I snagged my pair of high waist bell bottom jeans (oh how I  love the modern updated version of these flared jeans ). They made me look 3 inches extra tall . Yayy!  I wore my washed denim shirtover it and threw around my plaid blazer and to give a little androgynous twist to the whole look, I wore my bandana around my neck.I completed the look with my camel colored boots and carried my vintage looking trunk bag.I must say I was so into the look.

I looked braver than I felt.

I hope you like my look.Do share your thoughts.

Be proud of who you are

Love n Hugs
